How comp works for reps

The rep-side view is built around a simple pipeline: monthly inputs → KPI qualification → comp tier → payout.

1. Inputs

Reps enter their monthly activity — accounts opened, scenarios completed, growth missions closed. Inputs are auditable and tied to the Activity Feed.

2. Qualification

The comp engine checks each KPI against its readiness threshold. Reps either qualify, are trending toward qualification, or are below — and they can see which.

3. Payout

Estimated comp renders live on the rep's dashboard. No surprise adjustments at quarter-end. Managers see the same number.
