How pricing works

Platform

$10
per user / month

All users on your tenant — reps, managers, enablement — at one flat seat price. Covers the dashboard, simulator, accounts, progression, leaderboard, comp engine, and activity feed.

Hiring

$300
per successful hire

When a sales rep is hired onto your team via the GeniusSeeker referral network, a flat hiring fee applies. Funds the upfront bonus paid to the referrer who connected them.

Performance

0.5% – 1%
of incremental revenue

A small share of the incremental revenue attributed to GeniusSeeker-tracked activity. Only applies to lift above baseline — if we're not moving the needle, the performance fee doesn't either.

Referral earnings

Some of what you pay flows through to the person who connected you with the rep. This is how the network grows on its own and why we can keep platform pricing low.
